I have been selling real estate
in Northern Colorado since 1991. My experience has ranged from working for a large agency to
owning and managing a small brokerage to working as a solo practitioner. I have owned my own real estate company since 1995. I
sell houses, lots, multifamily, and commercial properties.
In the 1990's, I served as a City of Loveland,
Colorado Planning Commissioner, a Hearings Officer for the Zoning Board of Adjustments, and a member of the R2-J
School District Master Plan committee. Since 2000, I have served on the Affordable Housing Commission, the Open
Lands Advisory Commission, and the Zoning Code Working Group.
As self-professed land use geek, I have
participated in numerous seminars, conferences and workshops dealing with the real estate profession, housing, land use, real
estate development and community planning.
Currently, I am a member of the Political Affairs Committee of
the Loveland/Berthoud Association of REALTORS® as well as the Colorado Association of REALTORS®, the National Association
of REALTORS®, and the American Planning Association.
